"Last Frontier"

"We are so excited by the answer to your prayers that God would draw to Himself even more members of our people group! One of the widow’s daughters, Y, has been growing in her faith as she has served with us. Y was depressed and without direction after a broken marriage. Now, although barely out of her teens, she has verbalized her dream to begin a chronological Bible storying group for young adults. We are concerned particularly for two young men, caught in a downward spiral of addiction, who share Y and the widow’s heritage. Another member of this dear people group, a woman named A, wants the widow to begin an evening group time. Although this woman has always known God by another name, she says that she has believed about Jesus since she experienced the fellowship of our mealtime Bible stories. Praise Him who is truly a Father who ‘sees, hears, and is concerned about’ His people and ‘comes down to rescue’ (see Exodus 2:7-8)."
